How Our Brokerage Works

Initial Consultation and Listing - This is to understand your needs, expectations, and the specifics of your boat. We will conduct a market analysis to determine a competitive listing price. Your boat will then be listed on multiple platforms.

Marketing Your Boat - We use various marketing strategies including social media with our popular instagram page with over a thousand followers and our Facebook page where we can share to multiple groups interested in your type of boat. we use our site traffic and other sites.

Buyer Consultation and Search - If you’re buying a boat, the broker will work closely with you to understand your requirements, preferences, and budget.

Negotiation and Offer - For sellers, once a potential buyer shows interest, the broker will handle negotiations to secure the best price and terms on your behalf while keeping you informed.

Inspection, Survey and Trials - Once an offer is accepted, the boat typically undergoes a survey and river trial to confirm its condition and ensure it meets your expectations.

Closing the Deal - The broker will manage all the legal and financial paperwork required to close the sale, including contracts, title transfers, and any regulatory compliance.

Post-Sales Services - We can help to offer additional services, such as arranging boat transport, connecting you with insurance providers, or assisting with boat equipment through our store, depending on your needs for the boat where we will sort you out a discount. we will also help to arrange boat storage or point you in the right direction.
